Chicks on Cliffs Difficulty Rating: 3.5 out of 5. This hike has consistent elevation gain and is moderate in mileage.
Join us in hiking the 2nd highest peak in Vermont at the height of foliage at the Beast of the East! The Wildlands (E) trail approach is a quick with about 2,000 feet of elevation gain up, 5-6 mile loop, and crosses the famous Superstar trail with sweeping views of the Green Mountains the entire way up. Most sections are gradual incline on open gravel roads, a few steeper sections, with parts dipping in and out of the wooded ski trails. The leader of this event is Peyton and afterwards, anyone is welcome to join her at the Harvest Fest at the Snowshed Lodge down the street :)
